Members previously founded and/or held senior leadership roles at Harris Williams Private Capital Advisory and Sixpoint Partners, the New York-based investment bank offering primary fund placement and secondaries advisory services to middle-market private equity firms. Sixpoint was acquired by PNC Bank in 2019 and later merged with Harris Williams.
