Members previously founded and/or held senior leadership roles at Harris Williams Private Capital Advisory (f.k.a. Sixpoint Partners), the New York-based investment bank offering primary fund placement and secondaries advisory services to middle-market private equity firms—prior and subsequent to its acquisition by PNC Bank and merger with Harris Williams.

Our team has developed a global LP network and track record of raising successful private equity funds, as well as a finely honed sense for bringing new firms (and extension strategies) to market. Our most fulfilling career moments have come from advising new managers on their spin-out, market positioning, team build-out, and fund launch; achieving an oversubscribed Fund I; seeing them return capital to investors and, eventually, expand their platform by scaling the flagship series and launching adjacent strategies.
