Kristy Hogan is a Co-founder and Partner of Taproot Capital. Previously she was a Managing Director at Harris Williams, serving as Global Head of Project Management within the firm’s Private Capital Advisory Group. In this role, Ms. Hogan focused on providing a full range of primary fund solutions for Harris Williams clients. Throughout her career, she has worked with private equity clients across geographies, sectors, and strategies. Prior to Harris Williams, Ms. Hogan worked at Sixpoint Partners, which was sold to PNC Bank in 2019 and later merged with Harris Williams in 2023. She also worked at BNP Paribas in the firm’s Merchant Banking and Leveraged Finance group. She has over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Ms. Hogan holds a B.S. in Economics from Duke University and is based in New York City.
