Eric Zoller is the Co-founder, CEO, and CIO of Taproot Capital. Previously he was a Managing Director at Harris Williams, serving as the firm’s Head of Private Capital Advisory. He also sat on the leadership team of the firm. In this role, Mr. Zoller worked across the firm to seamlessly incorporate private capital solutions and primary fund placement service offerings and to help deliver successful outcomes for Harris Williams clients. Throughout his career, he has sourced, diligence and represented clients in a variety of geographies and sectors, including technology, industrial, distribution, healthcare, business services, consumer, aerospace and defense, tech-enabled services, among others. Mr. Zoller founded Sixpoint Partners, which he sold to PNC Bank in 2019 and later merged with Harris Williams in 2023. He has 24 years of experience in the financial services industry, including private capital solutions, M&A, public finance, and infrastructure finance and legal structuring expertise.

Mr. Zoller holds a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated magna cum laude, he also holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania law school where he graduated order of the coif. Mr. Zoller is based in New Jersey.
